Ila Eckhoff, CPA, Managing Director, is a member of BlackRock’s Business Operations as part of Investment Operations. She is responsible for leading BlackRock’s Industry and Counterparty Management strategy. Ms. Eckhoff serves on a number of committees, including the Business Operations and Technology Leadership Committees, and Government Relations Steering Committee. She is also a leader of Blackrock’s ABN- Ability Network.

Deborah Way is a consultant at Spencer Stuart, a premier global executive search and leadership advisory firm, where she is member of the Global Banking & Markets and Financial Services practices.  Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Deborah was Co-Head of Global Markets Americas practice at another global executive search firm.

Before commencing her career in executive search, she spent over 21 years on Wall Street building fixed income businesses across US and Asia.  Deborah was at Barclays for 11 years where she held several senior roles including Head of EM Macro and LATAM Cross Asset Sales, Head of Macro Sales in Singapore, and Head of International Institution Sales.

Michele Docharty recently retired as the Americas Head of Execution Services and Global Co-Head of Synthetic Product Distribution at Goldman Sachs, with a long history of strategic leadership in financial services. With over 30 years at the firm, including 10 years as partner, she brings a robust history of building high-performing teams and driving business growth. She has transitioned from her Sales/Trading background into serving on Boards @ HYPR, Neuberger Berman and has been continually recognized among the most powerful and influential Latina leaders by the Association of Latino Professionals for America.
