Margoth is dedicated to leading transformative change that adds significant value to organizations while ensuring financial and operational integrity. Through her many years in the financial industry, she was often sought out by global business heads to oversee strategic rollouts of new businesses, compliance, control, and operations. She is now bringing that same talent to the non-profit sector.  Margoth continues to nurture growth and foster collaboration, leveraging her experience and hands-on leadership to help non-profits reach their full potential.

Margoth has had a notable career, having most recently served as an Executive Director in DTCC’s Corporate Strategy Office, where she developed strategic directions for innovative post-trade solutions. Prior to DTCC, she was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, holding key front-office positions, most notably as Divisional COO for the Americas. Earlier in her career, Margoth headed the Asset-Backed Commercial Paper Conduit Management team at Credit Suisse and started her financial services journey at Citibank in the Corporate and Investment Banking Division. She was also active in the Deutsche Bank’s Women on Wall Street steering committee and has always been a passionate coach and mentor of junior talent.

Margoth holds a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Fordham University. In addition to being Treasurer for WIFM, she continues to contribute to the community as a member of the Operating Board and Treasurer for Open Door Family Medical Centers and member of the Finance Committee for the Tamarack Tower Foundation.
