Victoria Greenberg is the Head of Derivatives Execution, Clearing & FX Prime Brokerage Relationship Management for Americas at BNP Paribas. In this role, Victoria leads a team that is responsible for managing and growing relationships with BNPP’s top institutional and corporate customers. Before starting this role, Victoria spent 3 years as a sales executive within Citibank’s Equities and Securities Services division. During her time at Citi, Victoria also served as Americas’ head of FX Prime Brokerage Solutions and Onboarding, where she led a team focused on Citi’s hedge fund and high frequency trading clients.

Victoria’s 20 years of experience in financial services include a 5-year tenure at JPMorgan and 8 years at Deutsche Bank. At JPMorgan, she had an integral role in building out the OTC clearing business and oversaw a team that provided clearing services to the bank’s top asset managers. At Deutsche Bank, Victoria held various roles within the FX Prime Brokerage unit, including serving as the North America Product Manager and building a new reporting platform for the bank’s global FX business.

Throughout her career Victoria has been an active member of several professional women’s networks, including currently serving as a senior leader in BNPP’s Women in Global Markets organization. She is a dedicated mentor to other women in the industry with a mission to elevate junior talent. Before becoming WIFM’s board member, Victoria served as an ambassador for several years. Victoria is a graduate of New York University with a degree in Economics and Computer Science.
