Marlee Burr is an Executive Director and Head of Product for J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Digital Assets team. She joined J.P. Morgan in 2018, spending two years in the Markets business before transitioning to the blockchain team, Kinexys.
As a founding member of Kinexys in 2020, Marlee was instrumental in launching J.P. Morgan’s first blockchain applications and developing the firm’s general use tokenization service, enabling the onramp of real-world assets to both public and private blockchains. In December 2025, she led the launch of J.P. Morgan’s first tokenized fund on a public blockchain, MONY, marking a significant advancement in the firm’s digital asset capabilities.
In February 2026, Marlee took on her current role leading a cross-Asset Management Digital Asset team, driving transformational change across the business. She graduated from Binghamton University in 2017 with a B.S. in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance.
