Emma West is the Global Head of Futures & Options and OTC Clearing services, FXPB and FIPB / Global Financing and Futures Platform
Emma joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in October 2007 as a Director for the Futures business in Sales. She was involved with the build out of the OTC Clearing business which began in 2009 and took on the role as head of the sales/marketing team in 2011. In 2018, she took on the role as the Head of European Futures & Options and OTC Clearing Services. In 2022, Emma was asked to take on additional Global responsibility for the OTC Clearing, FXPB and FIPB product.
Emma started her career in 1995 working for a UK Asset Manager and moved into the Futures business in 1997 at Credit Suisse. She joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2007 from Goldman Sachs where she was also working within the Futures business.
Emma lives in London and has been involved in various volunteering and community initiatives through Bank of America including mentoring for the Young Academy and Think Forward as well as community volunteering. In 2021, she was asked to join the MLI Philanthropy Advisory Board and is also a member of the the Conduct Risk Committee.
