Dear WIFM Community,
It is with profound sadness that we share the heartbreaking news that our President and CEO, Cassandra Seier, passed away unexpectedly this past weekend. This loss is immeasurable. Cassandra touched so many lives across our community, and her absence is already felt in ways that words cannot capture.
Cassandra was a shining light, a visionary leader, and a source of inspiration to everyone who had the privilege of working alongside her. She brought unstoppable energy to WIFM. She led with purpose and conviction, and elevated our mission with every conversation, every initiative, and every event.
She worked tirelessly to build an environment where women felt seen, supported, and empowered to rise. Her belief in what WIFM could become pushed all of us to aim higher, open more doors, and make space for every woman who followed.
Her leadership shaped the very fabric of WIFM. The programs she championed, the community she nurtured, and the opportunities she helped create for thousands of women will continue to guide us for years to come. Cassandra’s legacy lives in every part of this organization because she poured her heart into it. We all looked up to her. We always will.
As we move forward, we will honor Cassandra in ways that reflect her spirit, her generosity, and her belief in lifting others.
