What is the WIFM Wolfpack Program?
If you’re looking to connect with peers across the financial markets landscape, network across sectors, seek career development advice, or simply make new friends and engage in fun activities, the WIFM Wolfpack Program is perfect for you.
By joining, you’ll benefit from a carefully selected peer networking circle of women who support each other in reaching their respective career goals. Each Wolfpack is curated based on shared interests, professional backgrounds, and career aspirations, ensuring a supportive and enriching experience for all members.
What the Wolfpack Program is
- A peer networking circle: small groups of women matched by location and seniority.
- A safe space for mutual support: members share experiences, challenges, and career insights.
- A community for connection and accountability: each pack sets its own agenda with guidance from a facilitator.
What the Wolfpack Program is not
- Not a mentorship program: there are no designated mentors or mentees.
- Not optional participation: success depends on everyone showing up and engaging.
- Not highly structured: packs create their own rhythm and topics, with flexibility to fit members’ needs.

Eligibility
U.S.-based applicants must hold a Champion or Visionary membership. Membership tiers officially open January 1, 2026, and applicants must have an active membership when the program begins to be accepted.

Requirements
Your wolfpack will be expected to meet at least once a month. While we understand that conflicts may arise, we ask that you only sign up if you are fully committed to this time requirement. The success of the pack depends on everyone’s consistent and active participation. Each pack will be responsible for determining their meeting agendas with the help of a facilitator.
Program Length
February 2026 to December 2026
Application Deadline
Applications close on January 12, 2026.
All applications will be reviewed after the deadline, and decisions will be made in January.
