The panel will bring together professional staff who work directly on financial services legislation and oversight. The discussion is meant to be twofold: the substance of how financial policy actually gets developed, negotiated, and implemented, and the career side — how they came to the Hill, what the work is like day to day, and the milestones that shaped their professional development.
