Women in Financial Markets (WIFM) is honored to announce two recent appointments to the WIFM Advisory Council.
- Fred Crosnier, J.P. Morgan Global Head of Operations, Asset Management
- Tamira Treffers-Herrera, Rabobank Vice Chairperson and Co-Head North America Wholesale Coverage
A long-time WIFM champion and committed ally, Fred currently serves as J.P. Morgan Global Head of Operations, Asset Management, and is a member of the Asset Management Operating Committee. He rejoined JPMorganChase from Credit Suisse, where he was a Managing Director and Head of Operation for Global Markets, Investment Banking and Capital Markets, based in New York. Fred previously worked at Goldman Sachs for more than 20 years, holding various leadership positions in Operations and Technology. He began his career at J.P. Morgan in France after earning his bachelor’s degree from the Lincoln International Business School in Paris.
For more than a decade, Tamira has been a dedicated advocate and senior contributor throughout the WIFM community. She currently serves as Vice Chairperson and Co-Head North America Wholesale Coverage at Rabobank. She joined Rabobank in 2002 as a Senior Relationship Manager, based in Atlanta. Tamira previously served as the Global Sector Head for Beverages and Consumer Foods, as CEO for Rabobank’s European Region based in London and as Vice Chairperson and Head of the Atlanta office. Earlier in her career, she worked at ABN Amro in Amsterdam. Tamira earned a B.A. from the University of Kentucky and M.A. from the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce.
The Advisory Council is comprised of senior industry leaders dedicated to providing valuable guidance and insight, helping to drive progress and foster innovation throughout WIFM programs.
