Associate

Ironbridge is hiring for the role of Associate. The Associate will work with our team on new investment opportunities, support existing portfolio investments and perform company and industry research.

You will be a significant contributor to new deal analysis and will participate in Investment Committee presentations helping to advise on new opportunities.

This is a 2 year role with the opportunity to be promoted to Senior Associate after this time.

We are currently accepting resumes from qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have 4 – 6 years of work experience. Working in a related field or analytic role would be an asset, likely one of: investment banking, accounting, management consulting, corporate finance, corporate development, or private equity.
