Alejandra is a financial services executive with over 28 years of experience spanning Fixed Income, Technology, Wealth Management, and Securities Backed Lending. Her expertise includes process engineering, analytical problem-solving, business continuity planning, and operational resilience. She is known for leveraging strategic action planning and design thinking to drive cost reduction and enhance operational efficiency across complex organizations.

In her most recent role as Managing Director, Head of Equities Clearing and DTC Settlement Product Management for the Deposit Trust Clearing Company (DTCC), Alejandra oversaw new business ideation, led strategy development across Equities Clearing and DTC settlement, and advanced client engagement. Among her colleagues, she is recognized as a supportive leader who encourages her team to take risks and develop themselves, identifying opportunities for them and creating safe environments to practice newly acquired skills.

Throughout her career, Alejandra has successfully led cross-functional initiatives and teams, delivering innovative solutions that improve performance and support long-term growth. Her comprehensive industry knowledge is foundational to her commitment to building resilient, future-ready operating models.

Through her involvement in numerous employee resource groups, nonprofit boards, and mentorship programs, Alejandra has worked to create spaces where individuals from all backgrounds feel seen, heard, and empowered. Alejandra spent the first part of her career driving operational performance and mitigating risk for leading investment banks, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and UBS Financial Services, just toname a few. Her experience spans various disciplines, including Fixed Income Technology, Wealth Management, Securities Backed Lending, and IT Compliance.

Whether mentoring the next generation of leaders or helping to build inclusive programs, Alejandra remains steadfast in her mission to give back and help others thrive. Her volunteer efforts span youth development, education, and workforce readiness, including partnerships with public schools, civic organizations, and professional development programs aimed at uplifting.
