Deborah Cohen Malka is a Partner, Portfolio Manager and member of the Executive Committee and Investment Committee at AlbaCore. Mrs. Cohen Malka spearheads AlbaCore’s Collateralised Loan Obligation (“CLO”) business. Mrs. Cohen Malka brings over 18 years of financial services and investment experience, with a focus on High Yield, Private Debt, Private Equity and Corporate Finance markets.
Prior to joining AlbaCore, Mrs. Cohen Malka worked alongside Mr. Allen and Mr. Ammons at CPPIB. She was responsible for deal sourcing, execution and active portfolio management, showcasing her expertise across a wide range of products and investment strategies.
Mrs. Cohen Malka’s previous roles include serving as an associate in the investment team of CCMP Capital Advisors, a private equity firm, and working at Goldman Sachs International’s Investment Banking Division, where she focused on Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance and IPOs.
She holds a Masters in Management with a major in Financial Engineering from ESCP Europe.
