Marta Poleszczuk is a Managing Director within the Investment Implementation and Trading department at Wellington Management Company. She is responsible for designing strategy and leading the execution of the department’s priorities, with a focus on those that span multiple asset classes, functions, and regions.
Prior to joining Wellington, Marta spent 16 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently in Market Structure Strategy for Fixed Income Trading. She also served as the co-COO of the Goldman Sachs Americas Women’s Network.
Marta earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and is a CFA charterholder.
