Marta is a Managing Director and Director of Fixed Income Product Management (FIPM) at Wellington Management Company. FIPM is responsible for engaging with clients, prospects, and consultants to discuss investment approaches, develop new products, and manage business priorities on behalf of investment teams. Prior to joining FIPM, she was the Associate Director of Investment Implementation and Trading, Head of US Fixed Income Trading, and Head of Cross-Asset Electronic Trading. Marta is a member of DTCC’s FICC Advisory Council, the CFTC’s GMAC Market Structure Subcommittee, and is on the board of Women in Financial Markets (WIFM).
Marta joined Wellington from Goldman Sachs, where she spent 16 years, most recently in Market Structure Strategy for Fixed Income Trading. She also served as the co-COO of the Goldman Sachs Americas Women’s Network.
Marta earned a BS in business administration from the University of Michigan and is a CFA charterholder.
